Keynotes

We welcomed three keynote speakers Stephen MR Covey, Jill Birch, and Martin Latulippe.

Stephen MR Covey - Organizational Trust Expert, Experienced Executive, and #1 Bestselling Author

Stephen MR Covey is a sought-after and compelling advisor on trust, leadership, ethics, sales, and high performance that speaks to audiences around the world.  He is the New York Times and #1 Wall Street Journal best-selling author of The Speed of Trust, a groundbreaking, paradigm shifting book that challenges our age-old assumption that trust is merely a soft, social virtue and instead demonstrates that it is a hard-edged economic driver - a learnable, measurable skill that makes organizations more profitable, people more promotable, and relationships more energizing.

Jill Birch - Leadership and Organizational Change Expert

Is a leader a person? A position? Based on results? Or...is it a process?  During the last five years seismic changes have not only changed the way we view the world but the ways we think about organizations and how they are led.  Fresh thinking, combined with new research, signals a dramatic shift away from more traditional methods of conceptualizing leadership to a more relational point of view.  This session will explore concepts and practical applications of relational leadership and discuss ways that leaders at all levels may embody this kind of leadership.  Jill Birch is an accomplished and experienced facilitator and consultant in leadership development for senior executives.  Jill is the CEO of the Canadian Art Foundation and has worked with many organizations in a variety of industries including Sheridan College, Principal & National Capability Lead - Sector Development with Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions' Leadership Solutions Practice, and Associate Director - In-Company Development, International Training and Partnerships with the Schulich School of Business.

Martin Latulippe - The Potential Awakener

Martin Latulippe is a social entrepreneur, award-winning philanthropist, and best selling leadership author who inspires and empowers people to achieve more through building a world-class mindset and stronger relationships.
