CPHR CPD Hours: 3
One of the dominant themes from our research is that breakthrough results come about by a series of good decisions, diligently executed and accumulated one on top of another. - Jim Collins
This half-day Adaptive Decision-Making Simulation is designed for individuals and/or teams to access their individual and team decision-making process. We all make decisions on a daily basis and it is critical that we all develop our decision-making skills and strategies to the fullest extent possible.
This program has been specifically designed for participants who want to:
- Build on their own, their teams', and their organizations' decision-making capabilities
- Have greater success in using scarce resources effectively
- Teach, coach, mentor, and supervise others to become more masterful decision makers
