CPHR Nova Scotia is pleased to partner with CPHR BC & YK on this learning opportunity.
CPHR CPD hours: 1.0
Description:
How is the role of HR professionals changing in the era of big data and analytics? Most HR professionals are aware that their industry is becoming increasingly data-driven, and it’s time to develop better data and analytics skills. However, most HR leaders still feel ill equipped to take on a more data-driven role within their organization.
Join Deep Litt, CPHR, SHRM - SCP , People Operations & Analytics Manager, and Steve Crozier, HR Business Partner at Visier to learn about the role of an HR analyst, and why you don’t need to become an analytics expert to use people analytics!
In this presentation, you will:
- What is HR analytics? How is it different from HR reporting?
- How is an HR analyst different from an HR business partner?
- How can HR utilize a people analytics solution to improve workforce challenges?
- How can I grow my business and improve my people strategies with analytics?
Who should attend:
- Anyone who is thinking about getting started with people analytics and want to better understand how the whole HR team can utilize people analytics
