Professional Complaints As one of its most important mandates, CPHR Nova Scotia governs the conduct of its members, in the practice of their profession through their adherence to the Code of Ethics & Rules of Professional Conduct. If you believe that a member of CPHR Nova Scotia has failed to meet their professional obligations under the Code of Ethics & Rules of Professional Conduct and the standards of practice, you can file an official complaint with CPHR Nova Scotia using the form below. Find a Member CPHR Nova Scotia can only investigate a complaint filed against one of our chartered members. To determine if an individual is a registrant of CPHR Nova Scotia, contact the Office of the Registrar. A complaint against a CPHR Nova Scotia member can be lodged by anyone, including a member of the public, a fellow member or the Registrar on behalf of the CPHR Nova Scotia. Complaints against non-members must be directed to authorities other than CPHR Nova Scotia.
