 | Program Details AI is not simply a new tool set, it is the beginning of a new workforce reality.
As AI assistants and decision-support systems enter everyday workflows, organizations are not just automating tasks. They are integrating digital contributors into their teams. That shift changes how work is structured, how roles evolve, how onboarding happens, and how supervision is defined.
In this session, participants will work through the AI Workforce Design Canvas, the structured framework that anchors the upcoming AI Leadership for HR Professionals program.
Rather than asking, “What tool should we use?”, the Canvas explores deeper questions: • Where does HR create its highest-value impact? • Which workflows are capacity-constrained? • How should AI assistants be integrated alongside human employees? • What governance and supervision structures must be in place? • What becomes uniquely human work in an AI-enabled team?
This session stands on its own as a strategic design exercise, offering practical clarity you can apply immediately. While also introducing the deeper methodology of the 2026 program. AI integration will happen. The organizations that thrive will not be those with the most AI tools, but those where HR has deliberately designed how humans and AI work together.
