Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) in Sri Lanka and The Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of Canada (CPHR Canada), have entered an agreement to mutually recognize each organizations’ certification programs (CPHR and MCIPM or FCIPM).

For MCIPM or FCIPM

• Become a current member with CPHR Nova Scotia and pay the chartered membership fees
• Request CIPM Sri Lanka to directly provide confirmation of your Chartered Member (MCIPM) or Chartered Fellows (FCIPM) in good standing to hello@cphrns.ca

For CPHR

• Contact CIPM Sri Lanka to inquire for process for recognition
