Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) youth represent a pool of untapped talent. This session helps employers understand barriers and design approaches that connect with Indigenous youth disconnected from traditional pathways.

  • Understand the systemic barriers affecting NEET Indigenous youth
  • Learn how to create hiring practices that reach and support this group
  • Discover ways to build trust and long-term relationships with Indigenous communities
