Lighthouse labs offers two online courses for members at a preferred rate. Learn how to turn your people data into meaningful results with their Data Analytics for HR 101 course. 

Learn how to effectively reduce the risk of employees and organizations falling victims to cyber-attacks, as part of your people management role in this age of rapid digitization with their Cyber Security Training for HR course.

The Canadian Diversity Initiative provides organizations across Canada with DEI training for employees, volunteers, and stakeholders.

How to Reduce Unconscious Bias in Your Hiring Practices explores practical ways to increase workplace diversity by reducing unconscious bias at each stage of the hiring process. It includes downloadable resources including guides, checklists, and templates.
This course is certified by CPHR Nova Scotia as 3.5 CPD hours. You can start training immediately and will be able to download a Certificate of Completion after successfully passing mandatory testing.
