Canadian Diversity Initiative

The mission of the Canadian Diversity Initiative is to foster diversity and inclusion through education. We do this by making it easy for organizations to provide learner-appropriate DEI training to employees, volunteers, and stakeholders.
More than 300 organizations across Canada use our DEI courses as part of their onboarding processes and more than 28,000 Canadians have completed one or more courses.

How to Reduce Unconscious Bias in Your Hiring Practices explores practical ways to increase workplace diversity by reducing unconscious bias at each stage of the hiring process. It includes downloadable resources including guides, checklists, and templates. CPHR Members get 10% off.

You can start training immediately and will be able to download a Certificate of Completion after successfully passing mandatory testing.
