Session Topic:

Many employee groups have Labour-Management Committees (LMCs) in their workplaces, or other committees with joint (union and management) participation. When operating at their full capacity LMCs can provide a valuable forum for sharing information, discussing pertinent issues, and solving workplace problems. However, many LMC’s suffer from high turnover, attendance challenges, and other critical issues. This workshop will cover best practices that can help your LMC unlock it’s potential.

Who Should Attend:

Any HR Professional who participates in a joint action/labour management committee would benefit from this session.
