Join, Wello's Performance Dietitian, Kelly Anne Erdman and INLIV's General Manager of Fitness and Movement Medicine, Jamie Wilkins, while they present strategies for managing your diet, nutrition and fitness activities while you are working remotely, being in isolation, and managing the family.
This webinar will focus on:
- Understanding the impact of self-isolation on your body
- How to keep your immune system in top condition
- Fitness exercises to practice at home.

Jamie Wilkins, General Manager, Fitness and Movement Medicine, INLIV
Kelly Anne Erdman is a Registered Dietitian who has been in private practice for over 25 years, specializing in sports nutrition, weight control, therapeutic and proactive nutrition as well as eating disorders. Kelly Anne was one of the first dietitians in Canada to receive the CSSD designation, Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. She consults for the Canadian Sport Institute Calgary and works with several national teams, including Hockey Canada.
Jamie Wilkins graduated from the University of Regina with a bachelor in Kinesiology and finished his CSEP-CPT certification in 2012. After spending several years working in a rehabilitation and exercise therapy setting, Jamie moved to Calgary to join the INLIV team. Jamie works closely with other trainers and healthcare professionals to ensure each client is receiving the best care and service through our integrative health care approach.
