Join David Cory and Jill Cory, as they discuss the relationship between psychological safety and emotional intelligence and suggest some ways you can use to increase psychological safety in your workplace.

About the Presenters:

Jill is an expert on violence against women in relationships and co-authored the book, “When Love Hurts: a woman’s guide to understanding abuse in relationships” published by Penguin Publishers. Jill speaks at conferences and offers training on both leadership development and on best practices in supporting women who have experienced abuse in their intimate partner relationships.
