Session Topic

We don’t like dealing with difficult people because they can be loud and rude.  They believe that the problem is your fault.  The more you try to reason with difficult people the more defensive they become.  They just won’t listen.   Having a conversation with a difficult person is like being stuck on a merry-go-round with no way to get off.  It’s no fun having these ‘stuck’ conversations that do not move things forward and don’t resolve the issue.
In this seminar, you will be introduced to an evidence-based process, grounded in behavioural science, for getting yourself unstuck and staying unstuck when you are dealing with a difficult person.  You will learn how to avoid getting on the merry-go-round in the first place. It offers you the best chance for finding resolution with difficult people.  Workplace teams and leaders trained in this process also learn how to better collaborate and work together as a team.   It is easy to use and fun to learn (at least we try to make it fun to learn).
