Session Topic Using the concepts of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, this interactive virtual workshop introduces different communication styles, and how to adapt to communicate more effectively with colleagues, employees and clients.
Participants will receive a personal interpretive report identifying their communication preferences, with tips for how to leverage their strengths, communicate across differences, and handle common pitfalls more skillfully.
About the Presenters 
Lianne Krakauer, LL.B., M.ED., CEC, PCC, is a career and leadership coach with over 20 years of experience in professional services, education, business and the public sector. Lianne uses a solutions-focused coaching approach, which emphasizes strengths, generates a sense of personal competence, and leads to practical results. Her aim in coaching is to focus on how clients can best leverage their strengths to bring about positive and lasting change.
Lianne has a multi-disciplinary background in law, counselling psychology and coaching. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Western, a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Education (Counselling Psychology), both from the University of Toronto, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. She has specialized training in Solutions Focused Coaching and is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, a psychological instrument that supports individual growth and team development.

Pricing
$395 + HST per person. This includes a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) evaluation and a personal report.
