Culture Coaching focuses on unleashing organizational culture potential and offers an approach all HR practitioners need to learn about. During this session we will review the key concepts and share insights on how a culture action plan is different than other plans.
For those that attended our webinar in January, you’ll be familiar with the topic; we plan to revisit the content around becoming a culture coach as an HR leader. If you wish to attend again to reinforce the learning and hear a bit more, it would be wonderful to host you once again, just be aware that the content will be very similar to the previous January session.
