CPHR CPD hours: 1.0
Description Managing Short & Long Term Disability can be a huge challenge and understanding the disability renewal process can be a mystery. Join us as we unpack the difficult world of managing disability programs.
This hour is not for the disability dabbler – it’s for those who want a deeper dive for the MORE and the BEST that your leaders are expecting of you.
We will explore the untold carrier angles, learn the complex underwriting arrangements, clarify confusing definitions – then give you creative program structures, claims management solutions along with active tools to help manage these critical programs.
PLUS! We will be explaining how the current state and COVID-19 pandemic impact on claim trends is ongoing.
