In celebration of Mental Health Week in Canada, GoodLife Fitness is proud to present GoodLife’s Virtual Wellness Day on Wednesday April 27, 2022! The Virtual Wellness Day is designed to support your employees’ well-being by providing a day dedicated to improving their mental and physical health.

Since its inception, GoodLife’s Virtual Wellness Days have educated and instructed over 20,000 participants. The event features informative and educational workshops from subject-matter experts, as well as our exceptional classes from award-winning GoodLife Fitness instructors.

All-Access Ticket Special

The purchase of one “All-Access” ticket will provide admission for all associates within your organization to attend the live virtual event on April 27th!

In addition, video recordings of all sessions will be available from April 28 – May 6, 2022, giving your associates an additional opportunity to view these sessions at their convenience.

9:30am - 10:15am AST - Fitness Class: Guided Meditation
New to meditation but unsure where to start? This guided class benefits our stressed bodies and easily-distracted minds, while promoting a heightened state of awareness. As a grounding practice, meditation can soothe our mental state and promote more relaxed sleep.

11:00am – 12:15am AST - Wellness Workshop: Work in Progress: Becoming Your Best Self
How does self-awareness and introspection provide opportunities to evolve? Discover tips to promote personal and professional growth and live your purpose with intention. A series of positive daily habits will kick-start your journey.

12:30am – 1:30pm AST - Wellness Workshop: Quick and Healthy 15 minute meals
Can healthy food be fast and delicious? Yes! These quick and easy weeknight meals will fill your plate with wholesome ingredients and have everyone asking for more:

1) Vegan Caesar Salad

2) Vegan Peanut Noodle Stir-fry with Air-fryer Tofu

3) Chef Mike’s Herb-Roasted Chicken, with 3 tips to perfection!

4) Spanish-Inspired Potato and Chorizo Frittata

2:00pm – 2:45pm AST - Fitness Class: SH'BAM
Join the party with this energizing dance workout. Perfect for dance-challenged beginners, these simple, sassy moves are so much fun you’ll forget you’re getting a great workout too.

3:30pm – 4:45pm AST - Wellness Workshop: Mindful Eating
Mindful eating is a practice that improves our eating experience. Eating with intention can help us make healthier choices, understand hunger cues, and manage food cravings. Learn ways to foster a deeper appreciation and connection with nutrition, including buying, preparing and serving food.

5:00pm – 5:45pm AST - Fitness Class: Low Impact Body Strength (LIBS)
LIBS combines cardio, strength training and athletic conditioning. This low-impact workout will improve your core strength and agility, leaving you feeling stronger and more energetic than ever.
