Session Topic As professionals we want to be heard, we want our team, employees, and leaders to understand us especially when the clarity of our message is vital! In this 75-minute interactive conversation, we will explore what we now know about the unconscious impact of how we think and feel on our relationships with others. What can we do to communicate more effectively, reduce the amount of time when we are emotionally hijacked, and manage difficult conversations? We will focus on self-awareness and approaches to managing ourselves in our professional lives.

A seasoned Coach, Mentor Coach and Coach Supervisor with a passion for supporting the development of Coaches!
His approach is person centered, strategic, respectful of cultures, diversity and organization and leader objectives. He brings curiosity, compassion and commitment to learning by sharing coaching awareness with coaches, HR Professionals and leaders at all levels.
Brian is an Accredited Coach Supervisor, an Associate Faculty Member at Royal Roads University, an ICF Mentor Coach. And the author of Coaching From the Inside Out: A personal approach to coaching for change (Tellwell, 2019)
