Diploma in an HR program You are required to submit proof that you hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian college or university or the equivalent from a non-Canadian institution. 2. 10 years Professional HR Related Experience
Canadian experience is not required 3. Hold or have held a senior role. 10 Years HR Experience - Path 4 Experience must be: - Minimum of 10 years of applied experience in Human Resources
- Demonstrate a minimum proficiency in 12 of 44 Competencies
- minimum of 3 of 5 Enabling Competencies
- For a cumulative duration of 10 years
- Acquired over the entire career
- Hold or have held an senior role
- A minimum of a university degree or diploma/certificate in HR from a recognized body post-secondary institution*
*Where a candidate does not satisfy the stipulated academic requirement referred to above, CPHR Nova Scotia may waive the requirement upon successful completion by the candidate of the National Knowledge Exam (NKE). Validation of Experience (VOE Process) - Complete the Validation of Experience Application Form and email to hello@cphrns.ca

- Upon successful completion of the VOE application, a balance of $375 is due and you will be invoiced
