In our experience of coaching hundreds of leaders over the course of 24 years, we’ve identified some common 'issues' that leaders face in the transition from manager of things to leaders of people. Join Jill Cory and David Cory as they discuss how they use the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-I 2.0) to get to heart of leadership coaching challenges.

For 19 years, Jill held a leadership role at BC Women’s Hospital & Health Centre, leading a team that developed and delivered training and engaged organizations and communities in sustainable, strategic actions to improve the health of women in BC. Jill is the co-author of When Love Hurts, A Woman’s Guide to Understanding Abuse in Relationships, published by Penguin Random House.
