CPHR CPD: 1.5 Session Topic Science has proven that we don't have to be placed in immediate physical harm to initiate our reptilian fight, flight, freeze or appease instincts. Conversations can have the same effect on people leading to working relationships and environments based on distrust versus trust. As organizational leaders, we intuitively know that greatness depends on the quality of our organizational culture, which is dependent on the quality of relationships, which ultimately depends on the quality of our conversations. At the end of the conversational spectrum are those conversations we frame as difficult or courageous.
In this seminar, we will explore what Conversational Intelligence™️ is, engage the three types of conversations that typically drive our conversations throughout the workday and then take a deeper dive into conversational architecture through the seven Vital Instincts™️ that impact trust and help us to effectively balance intention to impact.
We will also discuss how radical candour and conversational intelligence can come together to better inform your courageous conversations. Join Douglas Coll C-IQ, President of LeaderVision Atlantic as he shares his passion for healthy courageous conversations.
