We are honoured to have the incredible opportunity to serve you, our members, and we use the word serve purposely as servant leadership is the only path to a successful CPHR NS. In our environment, Servant Leadership is devoting oneself to serving the needs of the Association’s members, develop members, facilitating professional growth for members, and last but certainly not least, listening and building a sense of an HR community.

Many of you participated in Nick’s Listening Tour three years ago, and our volunteers, board and staff heard and actioned many great ideas. We hope you can make it once again for some networking and great conversation as we take Nick's Listening Tour on the road across the province!
