Cancellation Policy: Those who make reservations and do not attend will be required to pay the full ticket price. Cancellations received in writing prior to noon on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 will not be required to pay the ticket fee. Refunds are only available if received in writing prior to noon on Tuesday November 15, 2011. Substitutions are permitted up to the day of the event.
