All Chartered members are required to complete an ethics training course every three years. CPHR Canada teamed up with illuxi.com to create an ethics course called Navigating Change: Ethical Responsibilities in the Digital Age.  The free training will take approximately three hours to complete. You will be able to complete the training over multiple sittings as the database will save your progress.

Deadline Alert: If you met the ethics requirement in 2022, you’re due to complete the ethics this year. By December 2025, complete at least one three-hour ethics course—whether through CPHR Canada or another provider. Keep that ethical knowledge growing!

Calling All 2023 Designees: As part of your 60 CPD hours, three hours must specifically be allocated to ethics.
