Holding a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Jean-Simon Leclerc is passionate about HR transformation, particularly technology, analytics, and strategic talent management. Starting his career in-house in the corporate world, he joined SuccessFinder in 2017 as a Senior Consultant where he worked with a variety of clients to leverage their talent assessment. Now Vice-President, Client Solutions and Success, Jean-Simon is on a mission to build and scale the best client success team of the HR tech industry and deliver evidence-based talent solutions that contribute to clients' business objectives.

Emma Williamson
Enthusiastically pursuing a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Emma brings a wealth of experience in human resources consulting and organization design. She has published research focusing on workplace personality dynamics and the strategic use of assessments in hiring. A fervent advocate for evidence-based HR practices, she is dedicated to utilizing data to refine organizational strategies and provide tailored solutions for clients. Emma’s unique blend of academic rigor and practical insight positions her to make impactful contributions to the evolving field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, emphasizing the integration of data-driven approaches for optimal organizational performance.
