Plan on joining us for our 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM). This year, attendees are invited to join an optional brewery tour following the meeting for some networking and fun.

Materials for the AGMs are posted in the Association Reports & Messages section in the "Members Only" area of the website.  That page is updated as materials are available.

The Annual General Meeting normally includes:

• Audited Financial Statements for the most recent fiscal year
• Highlights of the Association's Accomplishments and Strategic Focus
• Update of bylaws
• Election of the Directors and Officers for the upcoming Board Term

Members: FREE

Pre-registration is required.  Register by using the Register for this event link above.  Members must be logged into their member profile to register for this event.

The final day to register is Monday, November 11, 2024.

Registration cannot be purchased at the door as pre-registration by the deadline assists us in knowing attendance numbers to assist in venue planning.

Voting

As outlined in our bylaws, Associate and Student Members do not have voting privileges. Members can view their current membership category by visiting their online profile after logging into the website.  

Are you a voting member but not able to attend the AGM?  A proxy form will be emailed to voting members.  (does not apply to associate or student members)

Cancellation Policy 
Members who make reservations and are unable to attend should let us know by noon on November 12 so the Association does not incur unnecessary costs.
