As Operations Lead for FBM, Debra ensures the smooth functioning of the studio's operations. Collaborating closely with Directors, her exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail foster strong industry relationships, optimize efficiency, and support employees. Debra wears many hats, managing Human Resources, Procurement, Contract Management, Health & Safety, Professional Development & Continuing Education, and other operational facets that drive operational excellence. 

Debra holds a Bachelor of Public Relations with a Certificate in Marketing from Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax. She is currently working towards her Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation and has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Rewards & Recognition, and Employee Management.
