Addy Smith is an energetic and passionate consultant and professional facilitator based in Halifax Nova Scotia, specializing in HR analytics, workplace engagement, and enhancing the employee experience.

Addy currently consults with PowerUp Leadership, a boutique human resources and talent development firm that works with clients to create inspiring workplaces. She partners with her clients to transform their HR practices through people-centric solutions that empower them to create better quality work. Her generalist exposure has facilitated her ability to problem-solve, adapt, and think on her feet in ways that benefit the organizations she works alongside. Addy is known for an engaging and energetic facilitation style, and clients appreciate her ability to challenge perspectives, show up authentically, and drive results. 

Addy has a graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from NSCC, and a Bachelor of Commerce with an Honours in Human Resources and Leadership from Mount Allison University.
