• 6:00 PM – AGM business portion begins
• 7:30 PM – Meeting adjourns (approximate)
• 7:30–8:00 PM – Stay for more networking & noshing!

The AGM includes:

• Presentation of audited financial statements
• Highlights of our accomplishments and strategic direction
• Bylaw updates
• Election of Directors for the upcoming term

Can’t attend but eligible to vote? A proxy form will be emailed to voting members.

Cancellation Policy

If you’ve registered but can’t attend, please let us know by noon on November 12 so we can adjust our plans and avoid unnecessary costs.
