    The Mighty Ones online meetups bring together HR professionals who manage the HR function on their own or with the support of a very small team.

    This session will be hosted as an open forum, creating space for honest conversation, shared learning, and peer support. As always, we welcome all questions and discussion topics. This is a space to share what’s on your mind.

    This networking session is an opportunity to connect, exchange experiences, and explore current challenges with peers who understand the unique realities of being a solo HR practitioner or part of a lean HR team. Join us for a thoughtful, engaging, and supportive conversation.
