This session explores how attending and engaging in Indigenous-led cultural events like powwows can foster understanding, build relationships, and signal genuine commitment to reconciliation. We’ll discuss ways to respectfully participate, support local communities, and incorporate these experiences into organizational learning and inclusion journeys.
