Payment Terms
Payment is due by the registration deadline, which is Tuesday, October 16, 2012. Payments can be made online by credit card at the time of registration or by cheque. Cheques must be received by the registration deadline by HRANS at 84 Chain Lake Drive, Suite 103, Halifax, NS B3S 1A2.
Cancellation Policy
Those who make reservations and do not attend will be
required to pay the full registration fee. Cancellations received prior to noon
on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 will not be required to pay the registration fee however will be required to pay an administrative fee of $25 plus HST.
Refunds (less the administrative fee) are only available if received in writing prior to noon on Tuesday, October 9, 2012. Substitutions are permitted up to the day of the event.
