While change is a regular part of life, it can be difficult to influence change in ourselves and others. Join HRANS and Andrew Robinson, Director of Change Leadership, for a presentation on the art and science of change leadership.
This session will explore the people side of change. Participants will learn some of the tools and techniques that can enable change. While the focus will be on the business world the approaches to change leadership are applicable to all change initiatives.

About the Speaker
Andrew Robinson, Director Change Leadership, Johnson Inc.
Andrew's career in the business strategy and leadership arena spans many years, several different industries and two continents. His working experience broadly divides into two areas: business strategy and HR. Andrew was a key player in the introduction of Total Quality Management to Royal Mail, he led and supported many quality programs as part of the 5 year implementation strategy for that initiative, and he led the business planning process for the company. Within Royal Mail Andrew also led the Training and Development operation for South East England (around 12000 employees). Elsewhere Andrew worked with a UK Police Force as Head of HR Strategy, served on the board of a large not for profit leisure centre management company and as a School Governor.
Since moving to Canada in 2007, Andrew worked with Corporate Express as Director HR and Business Improvement until their acquisition by Staples. At that time he became National talent Acquisition Manager for Staples Advantage in Canada, leading the recruitment activity across the country. In 2010, Andrew moved to Johnson Insurance as Human Resources Business Partner before moving to his present role as Director Change Leadership in 2011. Andrew lives in Fall River, NS. He is married with two daughters, two dogs and a flexible number of foster pets from the SPCA awaiting their forever homes.
