IMPORTANT: Registering someone other than yourself? If you are a member and are registering someone else to attend the event, DO NOT log into the site to register. If the other person is a member, they must log in under their own member ID and password and register that way. If the other person is not a member, do not log in, just register them from the public area of the website. Registrations must be done individually.
Pass Sharing Not Permitted: Delegate pass sharing is not permitted and will be monitored throughout the conference. Each attendee must be registered individually in order to attend. Individuals using someone else's badge will not be permitted access to the conference. By registering, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by March 1, 2013 in writing will be subject to a $90+HST cancellation fee. Cancellations after March 1, 2013 are non-refundable. Cancellation policy applies regardless of date of registration. Substitutions, received in writing, are permitted until May 17, 2013 (must be submitted in writing by the registered participant). If the substitution is not a member, the difference in rate will apply. No refunds for a member substituting a non-member.
