Workplace culture has a direct impact on the success of an organization and the achievement of organizational goals.

Join us for dinner as we learn how the NSLC shifted their organization from an 80-year-old government agency to a full service, customer-oriented business.

To live their organizational purpose and vision, the NSLC has a culture that encourages innovation and creativity, engages employees in achieving success, is driven by customer needs, demonstrates respect and dignity in all they do, and is a fun and healthy place to work.

During this session, Rick will share NSLC's journey from a government monopoly to one of Canadas leading retail businesses and how NSLC customers became advocates for the organization and embraced the new approach; all while improving bottom line results.
