We are pleased to announce that we will again be creating virtual connections to our Annual General Meeting and will be hosting a luncheon in Charlottetown.

 

The agenda and supporting materials will be available closer to the Annual General Meeting date.

11:45 am - Lunch
12:10 pm - Virtual Link to Official Program/Business Meeting begins

HRANS Members: FREE
Non-members: $30 (including GST)

The venue details will be advised to registered attendees.  It will be in a Boardroom on Grafton Street

The registration deadline for this event is Tuesday, October 23 at 12:00 noon. 
Please note that registration cannot be accepted after online registration has closed. 

Registration cannot be purchased at the door.

Cancellation Policy 
Non-members who make reservations and do not attend will be required to pay the full session fee ($30). Cancellations received in writing by noon on Thursday, October 18, 2012 will not be required to pay the registration fee. Members who make reservations and are unable to attend should let us know by noon on Thursday, October 18, 2012 so HRANS does not incur additional meal costs.
