challenges of the current economy on small to medium sized business in Atlantic
Canada.

About the Speaker
Malcolm Fraser, CEO, ISL Web Marketing & Development Malcolm is the
Founder and President of ISL, one of Canada’s most established web marketing
and development companies. He is an
active member of the business community and has been recognized as one of
Atlantic Canada's Top 50 CEOs.
Malcolm shows
great enthusiasm for the community in which he lives. He is passionate about
civic engagement and in particular the future of our city. Through prior roles
with ITANS, the Canadian ICT Federation and the Nova Scotia Premier’s
Council on Innovation, Malcolm has worked with all three levels of government
in promoting policy change and the economic growth of the region.
Malcolm has been
recognized nationally for his innovative approach to the application of
technology. ISL has become the trusted advisor to its clients on how to make
the most of their investment in online channels. Most recently, ISL has been
recognized for its innovation in mobile, social media, and mapping
technologies. Malcolm often speaks nationally and internationally about social
change and technology, web marketing best practice and future trends in the
industry. He currently serves on the Board of the Atlantic Institute for Market Studies and the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, and is a graduate of Mount Allison University.
An action sports
enthusiast, Malcolm is deeply involved in and supportive of youth sports
programs in the community and is an avid sailor and snowboarder. He spends most
of his free time chasing his two sons on snow and water.

Cancellation Policy
To those who make reservations and do not attend will be
required to pay the full registration fee.
Cancellations received in writing prior to noon on Tuesday, November 13,
2012 will not be required to pay the registration fee. Refunds are only available if received in
writing prior to noon on Tuesday, November 13, 2012. Substitutions are permitted up to the day of
the event. Member/non-member rates will
be applied. This cancellation policy applies
regardless of your date of registration.
