Facilitator

Rhona has over 25 years of Human Resources experience in both the private and public sector in Canada and in the UK.  She has responsibility for all aspects of human resources and labour relations including the development of human resources and labour relations strategy for Marine Atlantic.  She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a member of the Human Resources Association of Nova Scotia, and a Certified Human Resources Professional.

The registration deadline is Wednesday, October 16, 2013, at 12:00 noon.  Please note that registrations are not possible after online registration has closed.  Registration cannot be purchased at the door.

Payment Terms

Payment is due by the registration deadline of October 16, 2013.  Payments may be made conveniently online by Visa/Mastercard at the time of registration or by cheque received by the registration deadline.  Cheques must be received by the registration deadline (October 16) by HRANS at 84 Chain Lake Drive, Suite 103, Halifax, NS B3S 1A2.  Registrations October 9 or later must be paid by Visa/MC at time of registration.

If paying online by Visa or Mastercard, you must have the billing address exactly as it appears on the credit card statement or the transaction will be declined.  This is a security feature for your protection.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, less a $25+HST administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing prior to Wednesday, October 9 at 12:00noon. Those who make reservations and do not attend will be required to pay for the full workshop fee.  Cancellations received in writing prior to noon on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 will only be charged the administration fee.  Substitutions are permitted up to the day prior to the event (for substitutions, the registrant must advise our office of their replacement in writing by the day prior to the event).  Member/non-member rates will be applied to the substitutions.  This cancellation policy applies regardless of date of registration.  Registrations after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable.
