This session will also address several different types of compensation programs that are typically used today to motivate employees.

About the Speaker Karen Gordon Karen is a Vice President, Consulting at Optimum Talent. She is a strategic Human Resources Professional and has spent several years providing consulting expertise to a variety of clients in both the public and private sectors. Prior to this she spent several years in a senior HR leadership role managing Human Resources for a global organization as their Director of Human Resources. Karen is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP). She is on the Board of HRANS in the role of Treasurer. She also is a past member of the faculty for WorldatWork and has held numerous board positions within the organization both locally, nationally, and internationally.
