Cancellation Policy A full refund, less a $25+HST administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing prior to Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 12:00noon. Those who make reservations and do not attend will still be required to pay for the full session fee. Cancellations received by HRANS in writing prior to noon on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 will only be charged the administration fee. Substitutions are permitted if received by February 11 at 12 noon (for substitutions, the registrant must advise our office of their replacement in writing by 12 noon on February 11th including the full name, email and phone number of the substitution). Member/non-member rates will be applied to the substitutions. This cancellation policy applies regardless of date of registration. Registrations after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable.
