About the Presenter
Lisa Bull is an experienced corporate training specialist and the Director of Training and Development at Ceridian. Over the past 14 years, Lisa has delivered training to hundreds of clients across North America and has designed and developed training programs for a wide variety of corporate, government and not-for-profit organizations. As a Manager, Lisa has worked in broadcast communications, organizational safety, and EAP where she currently oversees a national network of training consultants. Lisa has a Diploma in Broadcast Communications, a Bachelor of Arts degree and an M.Ed in Educational Psychology. As well, Lisa is certified as a Myers-Briggs specialist.

Payments may be made conveniently online by Visa/Mastercard at the time of registration or by cheque received by the registration deadline. Registrations October 22nd or later must be paid by Visa/MC at time of registration. If paying online by Visa or Mastercard, you must have the billing address exactly as it appears on the credit card statement or the transaction will be declined. Cancellation Policy A full refund, less a $25+HST administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing prior to Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at 12:00noon. Those who make reservations and do not attend will still be required to pay for the full session fee. Cancellations received by HRANS in writing prior to noon on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 will only be charged the administration fee. Substitutions are permitted if received by November 12 at 12 noon (for substitutions, the registrant must advise our office of their replacement in writing by 12 noon on November 12th including the full name, email and phone number of the substitution). Member/non-member rates will be applied to the substitutions. This cancellation policy applies regardless of date of registration. Registrations after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable.
