Leadership and Decision Making are inseparable and you can't have one without the other.  Yet decision making is seldom taught, so most of us have to learn our decision making strategies and skills on our own.  This session will cover the Advanced Leadership Decision Making Model and a sample of specific decision making skills and techniques that will help you become a more effective, thorough, and competent decision maker.

Learning Objectives:

• Learn how to use systematic approaches to effective decision making
• Develop new techniques and methodologies to make progress 
• Learn where your internal decision making rules work for you and work against you
• It is not enough to make the best decisions, you also have to develop the best processes to implement them.

Every registrant will also receive a copy of Brad McRae's book, The Seven Strategies of Master Leaders.

About the Speaker

Dr. Brad McRae, Director of the Atlantic Leadership Development Institute

Dr. Brad McRae is an accomplished seminar/workshop facilitator and best-selling author.  He was trained in negotiating skills at Harvard's Project on Negotiation and in leadership development at the Harvard Business School.  He also studied Leadership Decision-Making at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.  He is the author of ten books including:  The Seven Strategies of Master Negotiators, The Seven Strategies of Master Presenters, The Seven Strategies of Master Leaders and The Become a Master Decision Maker Workbook.  Brad is also the editor of The Atlantic Leadership Development Institute Newsletter.

Payment Terms

Payment is due by October 14, 2014. Payments may be made conveniently online by Visa/Mastercard at the time of registration or by cheque received by the registration deadline. Cheques must be received by October 14th by HRANS at 84 Chain Lake Drive, Suite 103, Halifax, NS B3S 1A2. Registrations October 3rd or later must be done by Visa/Mastercard online at the time of registration.

If paying online by Visa or Mastercard, you must have the billing address exactly as it appears on the credit card statement or the transaction will be declined. This is a security feature for your protection.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, less a $25+HST administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing prior to Wednesday, October 1st at 12:00 noon. Those who make reservations and do not attend will be required to pay for the full session fee. Cancellations received in writing prior to noon on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 will only be charged the administration fee. Substitutions are permitted up to the day before the event (individual registered must send request in writing to our office advising of the substitution). Member/non-member rates will be applied to the substitutions. This cancellation policy applies regardless of the date of registration. Registrations after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable.
