Russell has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and is an Accredited Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner. He has over four years' lecturing experience on MBA programs for the New York Institute of Technology and The University of Phoenix. His work experience includes executive management experience at CGA Canada and Canuck Place Children's Hospice.

The registration deadline is 4:00pm on Tuesday, January 13, 2015.  Please note that registrations are not possible after online registration has closed.

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of registration or by the registration deadline of January 13, 2015 (whichever is earlier).  Payments may be made conveniently online by Visa/Mastercard at the time of registration or by cheque received by the registration deadline.  Cheques must be received by the registration deadline (January 13) by HRANS at 84 Chain Lake Drive, Suite 103, Halifax, NS B3S 1A2.  Registrations December 20th or later must be paid by Visa/MC at time of registration.

If paying online by Visa or Mastercard, you must have the billing address exactly as it appears on the credit card statement or the transaction will be declined.  This is a security feature for your protection.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, less a $25+HST administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing prior to Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 12:00 noon. Those who make reservations and do not attend will still be required to pay for the full session fee.  Cancellations received by HRANS in writing prior to noon on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 will only be charged the administration fee.  Substitutions are permitted if received by January 19 at 12 noon (for substitutions, the registrant must advise our office of their replacement in writing by 12 noon on January 19th including the full name, email and phone number of the substitution).  Member/non-member rates will be applied to the substitutions.  This cancellation policy applies regardless of date of registration.  Registrations after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable.
