The Change Cycle™ is one of the most practical and well thought out methods available to help organizations navigate their way through change.  This session will explore the effects of change on individuals, teams, and organizations.

We react and respond to change in a sequence of six predictable stages.  Using the Change Cycle™, participants will learn how change affects them on mental, emotional, and behavioural levels.  In this session, participants will learn how to deal more effectively with change and the transitions that underlie change.

The registration deadline has been extended to 12:00pm on Thursday, March 5, 2015.  Please note that registrations are not possible after online registration has closed.  Registrations must be done online.

IMPORTANT: Registering someone other than yourself?  If you are a member and are registering someone else to attend the event, DO NOT log into the site to register.  If the other person is a member, they must log in using their own member ID and password and register that way.  If the other person is not a member, do not log in, just register them from the public area of the website.  

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of registration or by the registration deadline of March 3, 2015 (whichever is earlier).  Payments may be made conveniently online by Visa/Mastercard at the time of registration or by cheque received by the registration deadline.  Cheques must be received by the registration deadline (March 3) by HRANS at 84 Chain Lake Drive, Suite 103, Halifax, NS B3S 1A2.  Registrations February 17th or later must be paid by Visa/MC at time of registration.

If paying online by Visa or Mastercard, you must have the billing address exactly as it appears on the credit card statement or the transaction will be declined.  This is a security feature for your protection.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, less a $25+HST administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing prior to Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at 12:00noon. Those who make reservations and do not attend will still be required to pay for the full session fee.  Cancellations received by HRANS in writing prior to noon on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 will only be charged the administration fee.  Substitutions are permitted if received by March 9 at 12 noon (for substitutions, the registrant must advise our office of their replacement in writing by 12 noon on March 9 including the full name, email and phone number of the substitution).  Member/non-member rates will be applied to the substitutions.  This cancellation policy applies regardless of date of registration.  Registrations after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable.
