HRANS is pleased to offer this in-class preparatory program, as developed by the BC Human Resources Management Association.

Program Summary

The in-class preparation course is designed to provide a more thorough understanding of what individuals need to know in order to be successful when writing the CHRP National Knowledge Exam (NKE).

During this informative 2 day session, participants will review important HR theory for each competency area.  Practice exam questions and a glossary of terms will be analyzed, enabling participants to identify potential knowledge gaps.  Participants will also have the opportunity to practice in a simulated exam setting and discuss techniques for passing.  The goal of this course is to equip students with tools and knowledge to assist them in effectively preparing for the NKE.

It is important to note that the prep course is not intended to teach students all areas of HR theory.  It is a tool to assist those preparing for the exam as part of their overall study and preparation strategies.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund, less a $50 administration fee (plus tax), will be issued for cancellations received in writing prior to Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 12:00 noon. Those who make reservations and do not attend will be required to pay for the full workshop fee. Cancellations received in writing prior to noon on Thursday, March 26, 2015 will only be charged the administration fee. Substitutions are permitted up to the day prior to the event (and must be received in writing from the registered participant by 9:00am on Friday, April 17th). Member/non-member rates will be applied to the substitutions.  This cancellation policy applies regardless of date of registration.  Registrations after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable.

If you wish to participate in the HRANS CHRP NKE Preparatory Program before the June 2015 exam, register for this session early as another one is not planned prior to the June 2015 exam.
