Plan on joining us for our 2015 HRANS Annual General Meeting (AGM) and networking reception.

Agenda - New Format!

Closer to the meeting date, materials will be posted in the Association Reports & Messages section in the Members Only area area of the website.  That page will be updated as materials are available.

The Annual General Meeting normally includes:

• Approval of the Financial Statements for the most recent fiscal year
• Highlights of the Association's Accomplishments and Strategic Focus
• Update of bylaws (if required) 
• Election of the Directors and Officers for the upcoming Board Term

Cost

HRANS Members: FREE 
Non-members: $40 (including HST)

Pre-registration is required.  Register by using the Register for this event link above.  

The registration deadline is Wednesday, November 18, 2015. 
Please note that registration cannot be accepted after online registration has closed. 
Registration cannot be purchased at the door.

Voting

As outlined in our bylaws, Associate and Student Members do not have voting privileges.  If you are in one of these member categories however are now working in HR more than 50% of your position and would like your category reviewed in time for the AGM, your request for category review must be received before November 16, 2015.   If you are already a full member, no action is required.   Members can view their current membership category by visiting their online profile after logging into the website.  

Are you a voting member but not able to attend the AGM?  Check your email for a proxy form.  (does not apply to associate, student, or retired members)

Cancellation Policy 
Non-members who make reservations and do not attend will be required to pay the entire registration fee ($40).  Registrations are non-refundable.   Members who make reservations and are unable to attend should let us know by noon on Monday, November 16 so HRANS does not incur unnecessary costs.
