About the Facilitator
Nick Beynon, CHRP, Nick is Head of Human Resources in Admiral Insurance, Canadian Division. Admiral has 8,000 staff internationally and over 500 in Nova Scotia. Nick is an experienced leader with proven success in engaging talented people to deliver their very best in adding value to their organizations and colleagues. Nick is a trusted advisor within the Admiral Leadership Team and has contributed to tangible approaches in employee engagement and attrition which have contributed to Admiral's numerous people related awards as a top employer in the region. Nick was recognized in May 2015 as the recipient of the 2015 HRANS HR Award of Excellence. Nick is also an active community volunteer and sits on the Board of the Citadel Theatre Society as Vice-Chair and joined the HRANS Board as Director at Large in November 2015.

IMPORTANT: Registering someone other than yourself? If you are a member and are registering someone else to attend the event, DO NOT log into the site to register. If the other person is a member, they must log in using their own member ID and password and register that way. If the other person is not a member, do not log in, just register them from the public area of the website. Registrations must be done online.
The registration deadline has been extended to Thursday, March 31, 2016, at 4:00 pm. Please note that registrations are not possible after online registration has closed. Registration cannot be purchased at the door.
Payment Terms
Payment is due by the registration deadline which is Tuesday, March 29, 2016. Payments may be made conveniently online at time of registration by Visa/Mastercard or by cheque received by the registration deadline. Cheques must be received by the registration deadline (March 29) by HRANS at 84 Chain Lake Drive, Suite 103, Halifax, NS B3S 1A2. Registrations March 14 or later must be paid online at time of registration.
If paying online by Visa or Mastercard, you must have the billing address exactly as it appears on the credit card statement or the transaction will be declined. This is a security feature for your protection.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund, less a $30+HST processing fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing prior to Monday, March 14th at 12:00noon. Those who make reservations and do not attend will be required to pay for the full session fee. Cancellations received in writing prior to 12:00 noon on Monday, March 14, 2016 will only be charged the processing fee. Substitutions are permitted up to the business day before the event (for substitutions, the registrant must advise our office of their replacement in writing by 12 noon on April 4). Member/non-member rates will be applied to the substitutions. This cancellation policy applies regardless of date of registration. Registrations after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable.
