This webinar is designed for Business and HR Professionals who are responsible for designing and implementing a talent review as part of their succession strategy. The purpose of a talent review is to collectively define the required leadership talent and leadership pipeline in the organization, one that will support organizational health and growth in the long term. The webinar includes a starter toolkit.

About the Presenter
Natalie Michael is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant. She provides leadership coaching, succession management, and assessment services to a cross section of industries such as venture capital, the public sector, tourism, and technology. Prior to becoming a coach and consultant, she was an award winning HR professional with accolades such as Top 100 Employer, Best Place to Work in BC, and Top 50 Best Managed Company. She is the first coach in Canada to be qualified to use the influence assessments which will be used in this workshop. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and she is a Certified Coach (CPCC). She has completed her Masters in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University where she did her thesis on coaching high achieving executive women.

Every person attending this webinar must be registered (and paid for) individually.

IMPORTANT: Registering someone other than yourself? If you are a member and are registering someone else to attend the event, DO NOT log into the site to register. The registration deadline is 12:00 noon on Wednesday, January 13, 2016. Please note that registrations are not possible after online registration has closed.

Payment Terms
Payment is due within 30 days of registration or by the registration deadline of January 13, 2016 (whichever is earlier). Payments may be made conveniently online by Visa/Mastercard at the time of registration or by cheque received by the registration deadline. Cheques must be received within 30 days of registration or by January 13th (whichever is earlier) by HRANS at 84 Chain Lake Drive, Suite 103, Halifax, NS B3S 1A2. Registrations December 31st or later must be paid by Visa/MC at time of registration.
If paying online by Visa or Mastercard, you must have the billing address exactly as it appears on the credit card statement or the transaction will be declined. This is a security feature for your protection.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund, less a $30+HST processing fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing prior to Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 12:00noon. Those who make reservations and do not attend will still be required to pay for the full session fee. Cancellations received by HRANS in writing prior to noon on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 will only be charged the processing fee. Substitutions are permitted if received by January 19 at 12 noon (for substitutions, the registrant must advise our office of their replacement in writing by 12 noon on January 19th including the full name, email and phone number of the substitution). Member/non-member rates will be applied to the substitutions. This cancellation policy applies regardless of date of registration. Registrations after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable.
