In today's world, many organizations are faced with constant change and challenges in dynamic business environments. In order to maintain their competitive edge, organizations need to have vision and direction.  These cornerstones must align with the organization's culture and core values.  Culture is the unifying force that ensures effectiveness and holds organizations together.

Managing organizational culture is a vital role and an important challenge for any HR professional, senior leader, and senior management team.  This session will explore the foundations of your current culture and ideal organization culture and the role leaders can play in strengthening a more effective culture in times of complexity and change.

  • Learn how to become a change leader that your organization needs to success in its cultural transformation

About the Facilitator

Frank Gallant, President and CEO, Peak Experiences

As a leadership development and culture change specialist, Frank incorporates a unique blend of current behaviour science research, organizational psychology, group dynamics, experiential activities, and theoretical training methods to his professional development approach.  He is a trusted advisor with over 20 years experience in teaching and consulting a wide variety of clients from across Atlantic Canada.  Working collaboratively, Frank gains a keen insight into the important contributions each team member can make to enhancing organizational dynamics.  As an adult educator, Frank has a great deal of confidence in the process to assist individuals in becoming more self-actualized through a powerful growth and development strategy.  Frank Gallant lives in Antigonish with his wife and three children.

Pre-registration is required.  To register, click on the register for this event link above. 

IMPORTANT: Registering someone other than yourself?  If you are a member and are registering someone else to attend the event, DO NOT log into the site to register.  If the other person is a member, they must log in using their own member ID and password and register that way.  If the other person is not a member, do not log in, just register them from the public area of the website.  Registrations must be done online.

The registration deadline is Monday, February 22, 2016, at 12:00 pm.  Please note that registrations are not possible after online registration has closed.  Registration cannot be purchased at the door.

 

Payment Terms

Payment is due by the registration deadline which is Monday, February 22, 2016 or within 30 days of your registration (whichever is earlier).  Payments may be made conveniently online at time of registration by Visa/Mastercard or by cheque received by the registration deadline.  Cheques must be received by the registration deadline (February 22) by HRANS at 84 Chain Lake Drive, Suite 103, Halifax, NS  B3S 1A2.  Registrations February 10th or later must be paid online at time of registration.

If paying online by Visa or Mastercard, you must have the billing address exactly as it appears on the credit card statement or the transaction will be declined.  This is a security feature for your protection.

 

Cancellation Policy

Registrations for this event are non-refundable.  Substitutions are permitted up to two business days before the event (for substitutions, the registrant must advise our office of their replacement in writing by 12 noon on Thursday, February 25). Member/non-member rates will be applied to the substitutions.
