CHRP CPD Hours: 4.0
Tired of the nagging ache of an unresolved conflict? This session may be for you.
As conflict is commonplace in many workplaces today, conflict resolution is an important leadership competency. Unresolved conflict can have a negative impact on many areas of an employee's life while also having a direct impact on the organization.
As HR professionals, we may encounter situations where we experience our own conflict or where we are required to facilitate the resolution of the conflict between two other people.
This interactive workshop is a unique hands-on personal and professional development opportunity.
