Exclusive enewsletter articles are available for purchase in our bi-weekly enewsletter and will be the only article included in the News and Articles section when purchased. The enewsletter will be distributed directly to members' inboxes using our email tool and may include text only that is hyperlinked to your article. 

Payment is required to confirm scheduling of your article.

Articles should be purchased 3-4 weeks prior to desired distribution.  If your date is not available, the closest possible date will be advised.  We recommend purchasing it as soon as you know your plans as availability of distribution dates is limited.

Members: $400.00 plus HST per email ($460 including HST)

Non-Members: $500.00 plus HST per email ($575 including HST)

In order to receive member pricing, you must already be a current member or your membership application must be fully completed a minimum of ten business days before the purchase of the article, and have been processed before the purchase is made.  

The final approval of an advertising request, of any kind, rests with CPHR Nova Scotia.  Should an advertiser purchase an ad that is not approved for distribution, the advertiser will be advised.  

How to Purchase Your Advertisement:

1. Purchase your advertisement online, with payment.
2. Contact us at (902) 446-3660 or events@cphrns.ca once you have made your online purchase and content submission instructions will be provided to you.  Include your preferred distribution date in your communication.
3. Your content will be formatted for our enewsletter.  We will confirm the distribution date or advise the available date if your preferred date is not available.
4. The enewsletter with your article will be distributed on the agreed upon date.

Advertising purchases are non-refundable.  Should you purchase the ad and later decide it is not required, you forfeit the fee paid.

CPHR Nova Scotia's Exclusive Enewsletter Article obligation is limited to successful distribution of the agreed advertisement only. CPHR Nova Scotia is not responsible for engagement or conversion or other advertiser's goals.
